i've read your book "Heidi" and i thought it was really good. i actually teared up towards the ending because of a "miracle" that happened. the main character, heidi, is a such a cute and bubbly character. i love the bond between the little girl and her grandfather, especially since everyone else thought he was an old grump. heidi isn't like any other little girl, she doesn't get scared when approaching strangers. and when heidi was taken away from her grandfather, i didn't expect it to be that sad. i love the emotions this book brings out. there are happy parts, sad parts, and parts that make me go crazy. i also love the details in the book. i can just imagine how beautiful it'd be living up there in the mountains. have you been up there before? or did you just come up with the descriptions from the top of your head? either way, i can picture the scene of the meadows and flowers from the top of the peak. and the scent of the fresh mountain air. were there any experiences that inspired you to write this book? i admire heidi's ability to inspire others to do stuff they would never even consider and she's also taught them many things. i'm looking forward to watching the movie even though it's probably old and in black and white but i'll watch it because i really liked the book.
sincerely

Why did they have to take her away from her grandfather? that's so sad.. whats the book title? i would like to consider reading it. Maybe... How old is she? she seems more outgoing then i am... lol.
hey lisa sounds like a touching book...how old is this chick? sounds like a little adventurer. so did you tear up because you grew love for the character? or because it made you think of someone. because like i do that ill grow love for the character but sometimes it reminds me of myself or like one of my relatives or friends
